same to have again retain repossess and enjoy as in her or their first or former estate and as if these presents had
not been made and the said Lessees their executors administrators and assigns and all other occupiers of the said
premises thereout and thence utterly to expel put out and amove this Indenture or anything contained herein to the contrary nowithstanding And after Her said lajesty her heirs or successors shall have obtained such full possession
of the said premises the same shall be sold either together or in Lots by or under the direction of the Surveyor
of Her said Kajesty for a term of Nine hundred and ninety nine years and subject to such special conditions and to an
annual Rent of seven hundred and thirty two dollars and out of the price or premium whichshall be realized upon
such sale the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars shall be paid into the Colonial Treasury for the use of the said Colony and the surplus (if any) to arise from such sale after the several payments aforesaid shall be paid over to the Trustees
for the time being of the said "Sailors Home" for the use of the Charity IN MITMESS whereof the said william keswick, Samuel Wyllys Pomeroy and Henry George Thomsett have hereunto set their respective hands and seals the day and year
